The Los Angeles Housing Department has released the Annual Allowable Rental Adjustment for properties subject to rent control in the city of Los Angeles that fall under the Rent Stabilization Ordinance.
Beginning on July 1 2009 the Annual Allowable Rental Increase will be 4% (a 1% increase over 2008-2009's allowable increase).
