Los Angeles Housing Department Update

The Los Angeles Housing Department has released the Annual Allowable Rental Adjustment for properties subject to rent control in the city of Los Angeles.

Beginning on July 1 2009 the Annual Allowable Rental Increase will be 4% (a 1% increase over 2008-2009's allowable increase).

As we approach the end of May, many of you are preparing to send out your July 2009 increase notices, so we thought we'd remind you of this important change!
