First Post!

Our first post, where to begin? First I guess I should start out by telling you who we are and what this blog will be all about. If you can't tell already I'm a property manager located in Los Angeles that specializes in the management of apartment buildings, single-family homes, and condos among other things. Understanding the rental market, landlord-tenant law, and rent control regulations is a must for anyone managing property in today's day and age, and this blog will be a place for me to share what I know with you! If I can learn a few things along the way all the better.

We'll be posting some of our weekly rental surveys we regularly do at Pacific Shore Property Management so you can keep up to date with rental levels in your area.
